July 13, 1984 in Queens, NY. Akeem Frederick Guerin was born. Dubbed the name Keem G by his friends. This southpaw stunner is an up and coming hip/hop artist from Coral Springs, Fl. by way of Trinidad and Tobago. His sound could be best described as “outside the box” style of rap with witty lyrics as well as catchy hooks that stick to your head. Keem G always had a special interest for music, as he would memorize lyrics to songs and act out as he would perform them for his family and friends. Around the age of 13 is when hip hop started to take form as his peers in school elected him to represent their class in a talent showcase, in which he won. Since then he hasn’t stopped making music and entertaining. After attaining his College Degree from FAMU, he has been focusing his talents on getting better as an Artist and expanding his knowledge and love for music. Aside from his musical talents, Keem G. is also a thriving entrepreneur as he opened a hair salon with his brother. Far from exceeding his expectations, Keem G is a talent that is unwavering and success seems to be the way he is heading. His unorthodox style is what makes him so unique to the point that he can’t be contained any longer and needs to be heard. We haven’t heard much about him will soon be an understatement when mentioning Keem G. In the near future to come. Be prepared, don’t say you weren’t forwarned
