JUSS GETTN WARMED UP.... Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y Achillius Sevaah displayed a love for music from the very start. At the age of 13 she was already writting and arranging full songs, hooks..verses and all. However, being raised in a strict muslim home there was no room for that. Back then it was not considered a solid career choice and being that it would definitly draw lots of attention to her, as a young muslim woman, it was not allowed. But Sev's love of music could not be deminished. After many years of fall backs and trying to find different ways to explore and nourish her talents she finally had the opportunity to enroll in Audio Engineering school at The Institute of Audio Research. By this time she had already served in the military, went to college, been a few places and learned quite a few things. She had already began purchasing equipment with whatever money she could save and pouring her heart out in the form of smooth instrumentals, striring lyrics, and soulful vocals. The realization that this was not just a phase, but a passion...finally changed the minds and hearts of her family who now fully support her dream. Having come a long way, but with still plenty to learn, Sev is embarking on releasing her first, self produced album in 2009. As well as engineering projects for other upcoming artists. So stay tuned and keep an open ear...two in fact..because we are just getting warmed up with much more to come!!!!!!!
