Hey there people.
My name is Edis, and i am a 19 (soon 20) year old blind dude.
I love music, i don't watch that much tv (no big surprise), but instead listen to music, you can call it a replacement for the TV (though i don't think i would watch much tv since i think a lot of the programs are crap hehehe).
Well, i love music, i love singing and writing lyrics, i have been playing guitar for a little while, but stopped to focus more on my singing.
I've been listening to music since a very very early age, and started singing at an age of 9 or something like that.
I became blind at an age of 2, it was some sorte of deasiece, don't remember the name since it's a rare one, but it was my imune system that attacked itself and destroyed something in the eyes.
But even though i am blind, i live a fantastic life.
Right now i am studdying on third year at slagelse gymnasium (gymnasium is the same as colege in the states i think).
I have normal seeing friends as well as blind friends, i go to normal classes with seeing people and i got no difficulties with school at all.
I go to the town, love concerts, i love party, love meeting new people, love beer and jack daniels!
So well, i do not see my blindness as an obstacle but more as a challenge.
