My name is Turnell Carey AKA T-Bird.I was born and raised in N.O.,La.I started listening to music and then was Inspired by my brother Torrey "T-Smiley"Smith.I never really took music serious for some time,I would do some local hood battles.Once I found a passion within writing music,it gave me a different feel for what I wanted.I spent all my days and nights for 2yrs writing songs.With no studio access 5 composition notepads were full when hurricane Katrina destroyed my city.I relocated to ATL for 2yrs doing battles and features with local artist.I now reside in Irving,Tx.where I'm doing the best music I've ever done.I've been on KNON89.3 radio station and a New Jersey internet radio station.My goal is to have my own label,B.T.T.W. We just getting started!!
