3 was born on August 22, 1985 in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL , but was raised in St.Hebron (A small community in Quincy, FL). He is the son of Bobby Joe Riggins Sr. and Pearl Baker. He has only 2 sisters (Alexis Riggins & Amanda Riggins). I know you're probably wondering where he got the name 3 from. After the death of his uncle Timothy Jackson in 1998 he had a dream. In his dream he saw his self given another name from his uncle, and next day after the funeral he looked over his grandma's house for something to remember him by. He found his uncle's blue suit and a gold chevy charm with a 3 on it that his uncle wore all the time. 2-years later after painful lose he sat alone in his room and cried/thought about all the things they use to do together because Timothy Jackson was more of a father to him than a uncle. (3 father wasn't in his life until he turnt 18.) The next morning he woke up and Lil'3 was born. Before the death of his uncle he knew how to rap but he got serious with his talent. Not only rap he was talented with, he won a talent show at Carter-Parramore Middle (CPMS) 7th grade dancing, led the bass drumers in the band 7th and 8th grade at CPMS, won 2 talent shows at FAMU NYSP summer camp for dancing and rapping, 03' he got on the Shanks High J.V.
